In my role as a Product Manager at Silverchair, I drive product success by informing decisions through market research, fostering cross-team collaboration, translating vision into actionable plans, enhancing customer satisfaction through a platform-focused mindset, managing feedback, and streamlining communication about our product. I have over nine years of experience in the software industry and have held a variety of roles in business analysis and client support. I am passionate about working closely with colleagues and clients on impactful and innovative ideas, collecting and streamlining documentation, and mentoring others so their innate strengths can flourish. I am also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, caring for my houseplants, and listening to true crime podcasts.
