About me
In my role as a ProductOps Analyst at Silverchair, I support Silverchair's product solutioning and vision, foster collaboration and communication around Silverchair product, and work across the organization to improve business processes and implement best practices. I started at Silverchair on the Client Services team, and my love of helping clients identify opportunities for their products, sites, services, and workflows inspired me to become a Business Analyst, where I worked for many years with the team supporting OUP before moving into my current role.
